Zella Bosley

Zella Mae Bosley, of Moore, Oklahoma, passed away on Tuesday, April 11, 2023 at the age of 83. Zella was born on November 2, 1939 in Pharr, Texas to Robert Franklin and Rena Mae Heltcel (Skaggs). She was a very private person but very devoted to her family. She loved watching her son grow up and have his own kids and absolutely adored her grandchildren. She also enjoyed arts and crafts and loved to paint in her spare time. She was a very loving daughter, sister, mother, grandmother, and friend and she will be deeply missed.

Zella is survived by her son, Michael Bosley; grandchildren, Joshua Bosley, Chelsea Bosley, Ian Bosley, Violet Bosley, and Miles Bosley.

Zella is preceded in death by her parents, Robert Franklin and Rena Mae Heltcel (Skaggs); and siblings, R.B. Heltcel, Glen Heltcel, Harold Heltcel, Bobby Heltcel, Buck Heltcel, Ruth, and Peggy Hall.

In keeping with Zella’s wishes, cremation has taken place. There will be a graveside service to inter her ashes in the family plot at Washington Cemetery at 2pm on Saturday, May 13, 2023 with Pastor Chad Heltcel officiating.
