Shirley R. Houlette, 77, of Moore, passed away January 26, 2020.
She was born February 5, 1942, in Lindsay, OK, and was a 1960 graduate of Capitol Hill High School. Shirley Warren and Wesley Houlette were united in marriage on June 24, 1960, in Gainesville, Texas. She retired from Moore Group Insurance an Office Manager.
She enjoyed sewing, gardening and playing with her grandchildren. Shirley was a member of Brookwood Baptist Church.
She was preceded in death by her husband of 56 years, Wesley and her parents.
Shirley leaves to cherish her memory: brother, Lloyd Warren; sister, Joan (Robert) Bordwine; daughter and son-in-law, Sherry and Toby Hill of Oklahoma City; sons and daughters-in-law, Michael and Kathryn Houlette of Oklahoma City and Craig and Anna Houlette of Fredericksburg, Virginia; brother and sister-in-law, Edward and Mary Houlette of Oklahoma City; sister and brother-in-law, Linda and Bernie Mastagni of Springdale, Arkansas; grandchildren, Tyler, Josh, Jordan, Sean, Bryce, Benjamin, Emily, Valeria and Lucas and great-grandchildren, Jaden, Dillon and Kinsley.
Visitation will be held Thursday, January, 30 2020, from 4pm to 8pm at Moore Funeral & Cremation. Funeral services will be held Friday, January, 31 2020, at 1pm at the Chapel of Moore Funeral & Cremation. The family will receive friends at the home.
