Patricia Diane Jacobs Perez, 53, of Newalla, Oklahoma went Home on Saturday, August 24, 2019.



Diane was a very active and loving individual who didn’t care about race or color as she thought that everyone was the same (Human).



Diane loved to work, she loved to keep busy and in spite of her illnesses she worked to the very last day of her life.



She was a great woman who was kind, considerate, understanding, forgiving, compassionate, loving, GOD Fearing, wife, mother, daughter, sister, aunt, cousin and friend.  


 
Preceded in death by her father, Arthur M. (Buddy) Jacobs as well as her 2 brothers, Samuel F Casados and Charles R Casados.



Diane is survived by her husband of 32 years, Edward M Perez of Newalla, Oklahoma, a daughter Elizabeth Ariel Perez of Newalla, Oklahoma, her mother Petra Flores Williams of Dalhart, Texas, a sister Grace Casados of Dalhart, Texas, a brother Arthur Jude Jacobs, Sisters in Law, Brothers in Law, Nieces, Nephews, Cousins, Aunts and Uncles.



Visitation is Wednesday, August 28th, 12:00 PM - 2:00 PM; Service of Remembrance at 2:00 PM; Additional Visitation until 4:00 PM. Moore Funeral and Cremation, 400 SE 19th Street, Moore, OK.
