Jeanine LaRue Wright went to be with the Savior on June 10, 2020, at 10:20 a.m.
Jean was born January 19, 1929, in Oklahoma City to Leon Melvin and Alma Fay Stearman.
She retired in 1973 after 35 years as a beautician at Nancy’s Beauty Salon in South Oklahoma City.
She loved going to Eufaula to their cabin for fishing, skiing, cookout on the beach and having fun with the family.
Jean is survived by her daughter, Carol Netherton and husband, Max, and their daughters, Mandi Hahn and husband, Scott, and their children, Lexi Hahn and Pierson Hahn; daughter, Amy Roush and husband, David, and their children, McGuire Cody, Maddox Cody, and Brody Roush; step-daughter, Susan McNaught and husband, Byron, and their daughters, Courtney Nichols and husband, Steve, Megan and Emily, and sons, Christopher and Jeffery; and numerous great grandchildren.
Jean is preceded in death by her son, Timothy J.R. Epperson; and husband, Manuel Wright.
Jean loved traveling and getting to play golf on different courses. One of her greatest joys was when Manuel planned a trip to the Doral Golf Course in Florida.
A special THANK YOU to Jean’s care givers and nurses at Crystal Place Assisted Living and Humanity Hospice. Words cannot express how much our family appreciates all the love and care you gave her.
