A Celebration of Life for Deborah “Debbie” Gene (Byrd) Worthington of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, will be 3:00 pm, Saturday, May 14, 2022, at Moore Funeral and Cremation, with Pastor Sean Abbananto officiating.

Debbie passed away May 4, 2022, in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma at the age of 64. She was born January 16, 1958, in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, the daughter of Paul and Colleen Byrd. Her life was God, her family and music. She accompanied the school choir and individuals for concerts, musicals & competitions at Western Heights & Santa Fe Senior High Schools in Oklahoma City for many years. She loved working with her students, who called her “Mama Worthington”. She was an avid OU fan & loved traveling.

Debbie is survived by her mother, Colleen Howard of Frisco, Texas, Son Christopher Allen Davison (Kirsten) and granddaughters McKenna and Parker Davison, and son, Ryan Kyle Davison, all of Oklahoma City, OK; aunt, Claudette (Steve) Colwell of Lago Vista, Texas, aunts Rhonda Nichols, Tulsa, Oklahoma and Willowdean (Phil) Richardson of Emporia, Kansas, cousins, Wes Nichols, Carrie Ann Nichols, all of Tulsa, Oklahoma, Les Nichols of Austin, Texas, and Scott Richardson, Arkansas City, Kansas; step-sister, Laura (Mark) Bryant of Celina, Texas; nieces, Cami (Spencer) Weber and grand-nieces Kinley and Riley of Celina, Texas, and Katelyn Bryant of Dallas, Texas; step-son Adam Worthington; step-brother Darin (Megan) Howard and Caylie, Colton, Shayne and Skyler Howard of Houston, Texas. She was preceded in death by her father, Paul Byrd, son Justin Michael Davison, and step-father, Mike Howard.
