Daniel DeAngelis

Daniel "Danny" DeAngelis, 61, of Oklahoma City, passed away on January 22, 2023.  Danny was born on February 6th, 1961 to Horace and Helen  DeAngelis in Chicago, Illinois.  Danny was a gentle and humble man, determined to care for his family and give them the life he felt they deserved. They meant more to him than anything else in the world, something he often mentioned. He was unendingly proud of Nathaniel, Angela, Clayton and Sherry and always tried his best to support them. After a career in Landscaping and Line Service, he retired to enjoy his hobbies of gardening, acquiring vintage collectibles, spending time with his grandchildren and caring for his beloved pet, Layla. Anyone who knew him knew that he was the most loving father, papa and husband a family could ask for. 

The hole left by his absence is impossible to fill.

Danny was predeceased by sister Charmain House, mother Helen DeAngelis, father Horace "Ang" DeAngelis. He is survived by wife Sherry DeAngelis, brother Frank DeAngelis, sons Nathaniel and Clayton DeAngelis, daughter Angela Kaminer, grandchildren Isaac and Avannah Kaminer,  Lucas , Alayna,  James,  Zoey,  Alyssa and Justin DeAngelis, and great grandchild Khalessi DeAngelis. 

The family requests that all flowers and notes be sent to 1120 SW 151st Street, OKC OK 73170. 

The family will honor Danny's wishes and spread his ashes in the Arkansas River.
