Barbara E Fent

Barbara Fent, born December 23rd, 1947, passed away peacefully on May 14th, 2023. Barbara was predeceased by her husband Richard, and her parents, Alvin and Ruby Anderson. She is survived by her sisters, Carla Hester and spouse Drew, and Linda Fent; sons, Richard and wife Bobigene and Jonathan Fent and wife Keisha; daughters, Amanda Young and husband Brian, and Tara Winters and partner Trey Adams, grandchildren, Erica McLaughlin and husband Justin, Bella and Brighton Fent, Kynlee and Kyndall Fent, Delaina Wolfe and husband Joshua, and Mindy Fullingim and husband Kevin, Austin and spouse Sammie, Zachary and Kaylee Young, Alexis Dawn Spencer; and great-grandchildren, Jacob and Shea McLaughlin, Freya and Cayden Young, Kyler Fullingim, and Adelaide Wolfe; and her beloved dog, Elliott.

Married to Richard in 1964, Barbara was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother who shared her time and energy with loved ones. Spending most of her life living in Oklahoma, she and her husband Richard operated many successful restaurants like Pine Hill and Porky’s BBQ. She worked a variety of careers in addition to raising a family. After retirement, she was often seen spending time with her family and loving dog Elliott.

A visitation will be held from 5-7pm on Wednesday, May 17, 2023, with a funeral service to follow at 1pm on Thursday, May 18, 2022, both at Moore Funeral and Cremation. Interment will follow at Resthaven Memory Gardens.
